Performance Planning Specialist

A company is looking for a Performance & Capacity Planning Specialist to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) - USCIS OIT Architecture Engineering Support. Key Responsibilities Lead performance and capacity planning efforts for enterprise IT and operational systems Forecast production capacity requirements to align resources with organizational demand Identify and mitigate potential bottlenecks to ensure scalability and timely service delivery Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in performance and capacity planning or related disciplines Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field strongly preferred Proven expertise in performance and capacity planning strategies Must be eligible to obtain DHS Suitability clearance Experience with performance management and optimization practices
