Job Summary

Operate and maintain concrete production machinery

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain concrete handling (Rekers) equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect the quality of products according to standards, and adjust settings as necessary
• Detect and report any equipment malfunctions and quality issues to Plant Supervisor
• Assist in maintaining accurate production flow and reporting
• Perform machine clean-up, set-up, and other functions associated with product changes
• Execute Daily and Business fundamentals
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Plant Manager, Supervisor, and Lead Machine Operator
• Willing and able to cross-train on other aspects of the production process

Job Requirements

Must wear company provided personal protective equipment - earplugs, hard hat, safety boots / shoes, and protective glasses. Candidates must provide their own safety boots / shoes upon hire and will be eligible to participate in Safety Boots / Shoe Reimbursement Program after 30 days of employment
