Racker / Un-Racker – Powder Coat Paint Line (2nd Shift + Built-In Overtime)
Location : Union, MO.
Schedule : Full-Time | 2nd Shift Only | 48-hour workweek.
Shift Differential : +$2 / hr for 2nd shift.
About the Role :
Racker / Un-Rackers keep our powder coat paint line moving. You’ll hang, prep, and remove aluminum profiles as they move through the finishing process, making sure parts are handled correctly and come out clean, coated, and ready for customers.
Work Schedule (48-hour week) :
- Monday–Thursday : 4 : 00 p.m. – 2 : 00 a.m.
- Friday : 2 : 00 p.m. – 10 : 00 p.m.
- 48 hours per week = 8 hours of automatic overtime each week, a solid boost heading into the holidays.
- Overtime is expected to ease after the holiday season, returning to a standard 40-hour week, still with weekends off.
