Pay Range : $68-$74.30 / hr
What's the Job?
Modernize and support AI-enabled delivery workflows within the organization.
Utilize AI tools and automation platforms to streamline delivery activities and reduce manual effort.
Analyze sprint flow and delivery patterns using AI insights to identify risks and bottlenecks.
Facilitate backlog refinement and ensure work is ready for sprints, aligning with organizational standards.
Support cross-team coordination and deliver predictive insights to improve delivery predictability.
What's Needed?
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Delivery Lead in a fast-paced environment.
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for managing boards, sprints, and delivery flow.
Experience using AI tools such as Copilot, M365, or automation platforms to enhance delivery processes.
Strong ability to interpret data and AI insights to support team decision-making.
Excellent communication and organizational skills to facilitate team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
