Seeds of Hope Silicon Valley (SoHSV) is a non‑profit organization focused on addressing homelessness in Santa Clara County. The Board of Directors seeks a dynamic, collaborative, and visionary leader to serve as the Executive Director for our mission to build a community of permanent homes for up to 1,000 chronically homeless neighbors. We are bringing the innovative Community First Village model from Austin, Texas to the Bay Area and want you to help transform lives.

About the Role

This position is responsible for overseeing the administration, programs, and strategic plan of the organization. The Executive Director is a mission‑driven leader who will lead hands‑on operations, foster growth, and develop and manage the Seeds of Hope Silicon Valley community.

Responsibilities And Duties

• Champion the mission and new approach to addressing homelessness, both externally and internally.
• Promote a clear, actionable understanding of how to achieve our mission.
• Advance partnerships and collaboration to increase housing opportunities and services.
• Participate in fundraising.
• Use data to address inequity, guide decision making, allocate resources, and improve accountability.
• Provide courageous leadership that values input from the people we serve and honors our commitment to ending homelessness.
