Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – We-MO (We-Motivate, PLLC)
Founded by Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Executive Clinical Director Kendra Wills, We-MO was created to offer a different kind of clinical environment : one rooted in compassion, low caseloads, and genuine professional support. As a clinician-led practice, We-MO prioritizes high-quality treatment, meaningful client relationships, and a culture where clinicians feel valued, trusted, and motivated. We are growing intentionally and are seeking a BCBA who wants to be part of a practice that centers clinical integrity and sustainable work-life balance.
Compensation
$100,000–$120,000 annually, based on experience and caseload preference.

Role Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plansProvide oversight and high-quality clinical directionDeliver 1 : 1 and small-group services across clinic, home, community, and telehealth settingsSupport Seattle-area client with consistent, relationship-centered careCollaborate with parents, schools, and multidisciplinary teamsOffer guidance, training, and support to clients, families, and team membersMaintain high ethical and clinical standards while emphasizing relational, compassionate careWho We’re Looking For
