Spearmint develops, owns, operates, and optimizes battery energy storage systems with the aim of reducing grid volatility, increasing system resiliency, and helping minimize carbon emissions in a responsible and efficient way.

What You Will Do

Spearmint Energy's Optimization team seeks an Analyst to help operate its existing asset and prepare to operate assets in the pipeline.

Core Responsibilities :

• Help develop Spearmint's optimization strategy and execution, while working with associated teams (Development and Research) to fulfill objectives for maximizing asset revenue
• Work with senior leadership to help define long-term strategy
• Eventually lead the group's understanding of market opportunities outside of its current focus (ERCOT), across various U.S. regions (ISOs), and to help formulate expectations for revenue models in those various regions
