Neurology Stroke (Outpatient / Inpatient) Advanced Practice Provider

Memorial Healthcare System's Neuroscience Institute is seeking a motivated and dynamic Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join its expanding neurology team. The NP will work alongside neurologists, Neurohospitalist, and fellow advanced practice providers across multiple locations including Memorial Regional Hospital, Memorial Hospital West, Weston, Aventura, Hialeah, and Midtown.

The Nurse Practitioner will manage care for patients' post‐hospitalization for ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke in an outpatient stroke clinic, assist in general neurology evaluations, and support inpatient consults, as needed. Responsibilities may include responding to stroke alerts, conducting rounds, writing consult notes, and participating in the ongoing care of patients treated at a comprehensive stroke center.

Qualifications :

• National certification as a Nurse Practitioner
• BLS certification
• Active Florida NP license by the date of hire
• Experience in neurology, stroke, critical care, or emergency settings preferred
• Interest in education and research is welcomed

This is a full‐time, employed position with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM. The role offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and professional liability coverage provided through sovereign immunity.
