Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Insights Analyst. The position is based in Chicago, IL, with the flexibility to work remotely on certain days. The Business Insights Analyst will be responsible for conducting data analysis, delivering actionable insights, and supporting decision-making through customer and market intelligence. Additional responsibilities include communicating findings to internal stakeholders and assisting in the development of data-driven strategies to optimize business performance.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to interpret complex data sets
• Experience with business intelligence tools or software is a plus
