Our client, a well established General Contractor based in Dallas, TX, is looking to add a talented Project Manager to their growing team. With over 53 years of success in the Texas construction market, this firm is known for its commitment to quality, long-standing client relationships, and diverse project portfolio. Typical projects range across healthcare, K-12, industrial, office, and retail sectors.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage commercial interior construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery
- Oversee project schedules, cost control, safety, and quality assurance
- Provide clear communication and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Resolve project challenges proactively and professionally
Requirements :
On Offer :
110,000 - $140,000 base salary
