Our client is seeking a strategic and customer-focused Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of their enterprise platform. This is an excellent opportunity for a product leader who thrives on solving complex problems with innovative solutions, driving measurable business impact, and collaborating across the organization to deliver high-value outcomes.

In this role, you will shape the foundation for powering analytics, enterprise platform functionality, and AI use cases across the firm. You will be hands-on with strategy, stakeholder engagement, scrum team collaboration, and delivery. Working closely with enterprise platform engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders, you will prioritize initiatives that mature product capabilities, align with corporate goals, and deliver measurable value.

  • Partner with leadership to align the enterprise platform roadmap with corporate objectives and define an outcomes-based product roadmap, building business cases that drive user value and positive ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including design, technology, finance, operations, marketing, sales, and compliance—to streamline and enhance end-to-end enterprise platform processes and ensure accessibility across all business channels.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback to prioritize features and improvements that maximize value for users.
  • Set, monitor, and report on platform KPIs, driving adoption, identifying opportunities to retain or grow the customer base, and improving stakeholder sentiment.
  • Champion product management best practices, including delivery planning, backlog management, requirements gathering, and sprint management.

What you need to be successful in this role :

  • Proven ability to lead product vision, strategy, and execution in an Agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise platforms, wealth management, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience with actionable insights and integrating advanced analytics into product roadmaps.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Natural curiosity and commitment to continuous learning, staying current with product and technology trends.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on delivering measurable results.
  • Proven ability to map and optimize user journeys, creating seamless and intuitive experiences that meet both customer needs and business objectives.
  • Minimum of 5 years in product and leadership roles.
  • Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies preferred.
  • Financial services or wealth management industry experience a plus.
