Responsibilities :

• Provide occupational therapy services as directed by the supervising Occupational Therapist
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with physician orders and patient goals
• Collaborate with the patient, family, and other members of the healthcare team to achieve optimal outcomes
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
• Educate and train patients and caregivers in therapeutic techniques and activities
• Adhere to all professional and ethical standards in accordance with state and federal regulations
