Position Summary

The Contracts Analyst is an exciting opportunity providing support to contract managers by reviewing, analyzing, drafting and negotiating MultiCare contracts. In this dynamic role, you will apply your contract expertise as you assist with a range of complex, routine and non-routine contracts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare contracts, amendments, and statements of work in accordance with company policy, legal requirements and specifications under the guidance of the contracts manager
• Review and negotiate contractual terms and conditions for routine contracts
• Ensure all assigned contracts are executed per policies, uploaded to the contract database and linked to applicable purchase orders; maintains the contract database with all required data including expiration / renewal date, product information and related licensing terms

As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $71,677.00 - $103,168.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to : skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and / or education.
