Job Title : Staffing Coordinator

Location : Pomona, CA 91767

Start Date : 11 / 24 / 2025

Duration : 13 weeks

Schedule Shift : Mid 5x8-Hour (15 : 00 - 23 : 30)

Pay Rate : $20 / hr. Gross weekly : $800

Description

  • Under the direction of the Resource Center Manager, performs a specific set of duties culminating in the appropriate and timely staffing, patient acuity, productivity and payroll needs of the Nursing Service.
  • Works collaboratively with the Human Resources / Payroll Department, Specialty Nursing Service Coordinators and Nursing Administration.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Experience with Scheduling & Acuity Systems.
  • Minimum of 2 years current experience in similar setting and job responsibility.
  • Medical / Hospital terminology and experience Staffing, Medical Setting, Hospital Setting, Computer literate
  • Excellent customer service, communication, phone, and computer skills
