LPN

Must have previous experience in healthcare, healthcare terminology, and Epic.

Additional Information :

There are no floating requirements for this role, a candidate will work exclusively at the clinic across the street from Sacred Heart Medical Center. The specialty they will be working with is specifically hepatology. The care team in hepatology is comprised of 3 patient care coordinators, 2 RN's, 2 PA-C's, and 2 MD's. The clinic overall has very little turnover and most of the team has been here for 2+ years. A typical day for an LPN in this role is rooming about 20 patients a day, teeing up orders for the labs and medication refills, incoming and outgoing phone calls ( typical day is about
