He / she must be able to work within different temperature changes, indoors to outdoors; moving between buildings, inventory racks and working around moving equipment / machines; occasionally ascend / descend stairs as required. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Lighting Upkeep
- HVAC System Filters
- Escort external Contractors (Fire Alarm, Sprinklers, Fire Extinguishers, etc.)
- Drywall Repairs
- Plumbing Repairs
- Running of Floor Sweeper (Isles)
- Concrete Repairs
- Furniture Building / Repair
- Painting / Carpentry
- Building Inspection Rounds
- Facility Fit and Finish
- Racking Inspections & Repairs
- Perform Lock Out Tag Out on Equipment
