Health & Wellness Registered Nurse (RN) –

Location : Lucy Anne’s Life Enrichment Program Surprise, AZ

Pay Rate : $28.72 / hr | Hourly, Non-Exempt

Schedule : Monday–Friday, between 9 : 00 AM–3 : 00 PM

Location : Mary’s Place Life Enrichment Program- Sun City, AZ

About the Role :

Use your nursing skills to assess and support the health and wellness of our program members. You will provide compassionate care, health education, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to foster independence and meaningful engagement.

What We’re Looking For :

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current Arizona or Compact State RN license.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in adult day programs, healthcare, public health, or home care.
• Strong documentation and computer skills.
• Required certifications : Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR, TB / Chest X-ray.
