Project Manager

The IT Project / Program Manager is accountable for ensuring successful completion of projects on time, within budget, and error-free. Their principal responsibility is to manage the planning and execution of project team members. This includes overseeing the project charter, communications, metrics, reporting, and the overall project plan and budget.

Key responsibilities :

• Support various project teams from concept through prototype, pilot, implementation, and follow-up stages.
• Develop and produce project management schedules.
• Use professional project management tools and techniques to manage reporting, tracking charts, checklists, and scheduling software.
• Delegate tasks appropriately and manage change with timely decision-making.
• Maintain schedules that reflect detailed information related to changes, including affected components, functions, timelines, and costs.
• Collaborate with team members across multiple disciplines and customers to establish completion dates.
• Monitor project progress, address problems, and ensure appropriate personnel are informed and corrective steps are taken.
• Recommend solutions and alternatives based on the nature of issues encountered.
