As this is a contract position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the secure, efficient, and compliant management of both physical and digital documents within a manufacturing environment. Your work will be instrumental in maintaining document integrity, supporting workflows, and adhering to industry standards.
Responsibilities :
- Organize, review, and maintain both physical and electronic documents to ensure accessibility and compliance.
- Implement and oversee document version control and change management processes.
- Collaborate with various teams to distribute and retrieve documents as needed.
- Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy and completeness of stored documentation.
- Manage the indexing and filing system to enhance document search and retrieval capabilities.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards in document handling.
- Utilize tools such as Microsoft Office Suite to perform data entry and document formatting tasks.
- Monitor and safeguard sensitive information to maintain confidentiality and data integrity.
- Provide support in document scanning and compilation to streamline workflows.
- Assist in training team members on best practices for document management systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure document accuracy and completeness.
- Excellent organizational skills for efficient document storage and retrieval.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with change control processes and version management.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for team collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Associate degree in business, technical, or project management field, or comparable administrative experience.
