Rooter Hero is hiring for Multiple Service Technician Openings in San Fernando / Ventura!

Once you are up and running, you can easily earn $100,000 - $250,000+ a year. Hourly + highest Performance Pay in the industry + Bonuses and incentives. First year you should expect to earn between $75,000 and $125,000+ as you learn our system, and there is huge potential beyond that.

Your Responsibilities will be :

  • Receive dispatch notifications to jobs, write estimates, and convert sold estimates to invoices all on a company-provided iPad.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and / or replace all plumbing issues promptly
  • Water heater repairs & installations. Clogged drains (must know how to use all cable machines), pipe repairs, garbage disposals, toilet replacement & repairs, sink repair & replacement, crawl space & under home repairs, excavation, and sewer mainline repairs
  • Provide multiple options to customer in the form of "Good, Better, Best"
  • Provide a clear explanation of diagnosis and proper solution

Requirements

  • 3 or more years of residential plumbing experience
  • Experience with water heaters and sewer repair and / or replacement
  • MUST have a valid California driver’s license & clean driving record
  • Able to pass a criminal background check
  • Ability to work weekends and nights as needed
