What You'll Do

Evaluate and treat patients according to physician referrals and treatment plans

Develop personalized treatment programs that maximize patient independence and quality of life

Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)

Communicate with families, physicians, and other health team members regarding patient progress

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Participate in patient care conferences and provide staff training as needed

Educate patients and families on home programs and discharge planning

What We're Looking For

Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Alaska

Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills

Experience with Casamba or PointClickCare preferred

Physical Requirements

This position involves frequent standing, walking, lifting, and assisting with patient mobility. Reasonable accommodations are available.
