We’re seeking an experienced technical writer who can plan and deliver content for admins deploying and configuring the Information Protection and Compliance features.

You will work closely with other writers, program managers, data analysts, marketing, support, and other key stakeholders to help develop a content strategy for assigned areas.

You will work collaboratively with engineering to create content and publish it to our GitHub platform.

You will be accountable for maintaining oversight for the performance of content, monitoring customer data and other signals, and driving quality improvements with stakeholders and contributors to the content.

Skills required :

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $58-60 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
