Trade-Wind Manufacturing is a well-established, second-generation family business that is experiencing tremendous growth. We are centrally located in downtown Phoenix and are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our talented team of long-term members. Trade-Wind Manufacturing specializes in residential kitchen ventilation, designed for both style and functionality. Our Trade-Wind branded products are sold in Canada and across America by a very well-known distribution partner in our industry. We are proud to manufacture all of our products here in downtown Phoenix and are one of a few left in our industry producing products in America.

Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone and email
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability
- Manage online parts store – process and ship small parts orders
- Manage production orders – input orders, ship orders, and invoice orders
- Create ground shipping labels
- Process warranty claims – troubleshoot problems and set up service calls
- Ensure that product literature and labels are fully stocked at all times

Starting pay range is $17.00 to $21.00 per hour, depending on your current skill set (90-day review period)Paid three weeks time off (accrual)8-10 paid holidays, depending on the yearWeekly paychecksMedical, vision, and dental insurance401(k) matchingSchedule
