About the Job :

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven individual to join our new Recovery Team responsible for recovering patients who have not moved forward with treatment, ensuring those who have canceled or no-showed their appointments are re-scheduled, and helping patients understand the importance of continuing or starting their treatment. Our Recovery Team also oversees the tracking and reporting of results to ensure the team's success and alignment with the company's goals, however, the essential focus of the role will be maximizing appointment scheduling to increase revenue, as well as reaching out to patients for appointment confirmations.

This is a role in a fast-growing company that provides an exciting opportunity to be involved in the development and design of a new department. You will gain valuable experience navigating complex conversations and finding solutions that help patients to move forward with life-saving care.
