Emergency Department Director
We're hiring an experienced Emergency Department Director to lead a Level III trauma center and two freestanding EDs. This leadership role requires a results-oriented RN with at least 3 years of recent ED Director or Manager-level experience and a track record of improving operations, quality, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of ED operations, staffing, quality, and patient safety
- Lead multi-site management across main ED and two FSEDs
- Manage departmental budgeting, resource allocation, and growth initiatives
- Foster team development, engagement, and recruitment strategies
Qualifications
Bachelor's in Nursing (required); Master's in Nursing or Healthcare Administration (preferred)Minimum 3 years of recent leadership in ED settings (Director or strong Manager level)Experience managing Level III trauma volume and oversight of multiple sites preferredPay Breakdown
