Job Duties Outlined

• Conduct respiratory basic / translational research, acute / chronic lung injury, as Principal / Co-Investigator.
• Train and educate students, residents, fellows, and faculty in a research setting.
• Obtain extramural / internal grant funding to support laboratory / research team.
• Mentoring and evaluating students, fellows, and faculty, as well as participating in weekly lectures and discussion groups.
• Representation of the University at national and international conferences, through scholarly contributions, such as lectures and poster presentations, and presentation of research results throughs publications in high-quality peer-reviewed journals.
