As a new Full-Time Licensed Life & Health Agent at Texas One Insurance, you will engage with clients daily, providing personalized insurance solutions tailored to their needs. You will respond to client inquiries promptly, maintaining a customer-centric approach in every interaction.

Additionally, you will collaborate with fellow team members to develop best practices for service delivery while staying updated on industry trends and regulations. Regular training sessions will enhance your problem-solving skills and product knowledge. It's essential to maintain accurate and organized client records, ensuring compliance with company standards.

To excel as a Full-Time Licensed Life & Health Agent at Texas One Insurance, several key skills and qualifications are essential. A valid insurance license is required, as it demonstrates your expertise and compliance with industry standards. Being bilingual is highly beneficial, particularly in our Dallas or Houston offices, as it enables you to better serve a diverse client base. Experience in Final Expense and Medicare Enrollment is preferred, as it enhances your ability to cater to clients' specific needs in these areas.

Strong sales acumen in Life Insurance is crucial for successfully guiding clients through their insurance options. In addition to these qualifications, effective communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to build rapport and trust with clients. Proficiency with industry-related software and tools will also play a critical role in streamlining your daily operations and improving overall efficiency in providing exceptional service.
