The Planning Expeditor plays a key role in maintaining high-quality standards while complying with GA Telesis processes.
Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain Analytics and Purchasing, this role will be responsible for maintaining records and coordinating and scheduling maintenance and inspection requirements for aircraft and assembly components.
This position is based onsite in Miami, FL.

Track and expedite all shop transactions daily Manage and monitor gear sub-assemblies Plan, schedule, and oversee material movement throughout the production process Ensure all Regional Shop customer shipment dates are met Coordinate inventory management to support continuous production operations Monitor material flow and address shortages or bottlenecks Coordinate production workflows across one or multiple products Prioritize operations to maximize performance and minimize delays Track and manage TAT for components sent for outside processing Record and report output data (finished products, defect rates, etc.) Prepare and submit component status updates Report any issues that may impact TAT Qualifications : Strong understanding of inventory management, workflow scheduling, and material flow processes Proficiency with ERP / MRP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel required).Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications :
