Community Outreach Specialist

Key Duties :

Attend community events, neighborhood activities, and public spaces to engage potential customers.

Share AT&T service offerings in a clear, approachable manner.

Answer questions and address concerns while building trust.

Distribute promotional materials and track leads from events.

Coordinate with the marketing team for event coverage and strategies.

Maintain a professional yet personable presence at all times.

Record and report outreach data and customer feedback.

Foster positive relationships within the communities you serve.
