Responsibilities - Experienced Body Shop Estimator :

Assess vehicle damage and provide cost estimates for repairs, act as a liaison between customers, insurance companies, repair shops, and more

Examine damaged vehicles to determine the extent of structural, body, mechanical, and interior damage

Evaluate whether parts should be repaired or replaced

Estimate costs for labor, parts, and paint required for repairs

Prepare detailed reports for insurance claims and customer communication

Discuss repair options and costs with customers and insurance adjusters

Negotiate repair costs when necessary

Qualifications - Experienced Auto Body Shop Estimator :

Required : Auto Body Shop Estimator experience

Proficiency in math and computer software for cost calculations

Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks

Strong communication and customer service skills

Familiarity with insurance processes and repair standards
