Remote Estimator - Colorado

We’re looking for a R emote Estimator to join a growing Colorado-based construction firm. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves numbers, problem-solving, and being part of a collaborative team — all while working from home.

What you’ll do :

Prepare detailed estimates for commercial construction projects , including cost analysis and bid preparation

Work closely with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to gather accurate data

Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to identify potential risks or opportunities

Maintain and organize historical cost data for future projects

Support the team in preconstruction planning and value engineering

What we’re looking for :

3+ years of estimating experience in commercial construction

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Proficient with construction software (Bluebeam, Procore, or similar)

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team
