The Role

Xylem is seeking a Director, Data Management and Analytics to lead the enterprise strategy for data architecture, data integration, governance, and advanced analytics. This leader will shape and execute the vision for managing data as a strategic asset and enabling the organization's AI & Analytics objectives. The Director will partner closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure data is discoverable, trusted, compliant, and positioned to accelerate digital transformation.

In this role, you will oversee the design and delivery of certified data models, reports, and dashboards, while building and mentoring high-performing teams across data engineering, business intelligence, and analytics.

Core Responsibilities

Enterprise Data Strategy & Architecture

• Define and implement enterprise-wide data management strategies aligned to Xylem's business goals, technology roadmap, and AI & Analytics objectives
• Design and maintain scalable, reusable data architecture supporting cross-functional use cases
• Ensure seamless data integration across the application landscape
