Executive Producer

A company is looking for an Executive Producer to lead the production of a high-quality single-player Action-Adventure RPG.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the entire development and production process, ensuring alignment with creative vision, schedule, and budget

Drive the leadership team to establish partnerships and coordinate with various teams to foster innovation

Manage pre-launch and post-launch activities, ensuring stakeholder alignment and a high-quality player experience

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as an Executive Producer or Director of Production in game development, with at least one successful game shipped

10+ years of experience, including 3 years in a director or executive producer role on a successful title of this genre and scale

Experience with AAA games and a strong understanding of game development phases

Strong project management skills, with experience in Agile / Scrum methodologies

Experience managing external partners, contractors, and third-party vendors
