Site Lead - Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician

Banner Health is seeking a  Board Certified / Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician  to join as  Site Lead  at our established Surprise Health Center. This is a unique opportunity to combine clinical practice with leadership responsibilities in one of Arizona's fastest-growing communities.

As the clinical site lead, you will partner with the practice manager to enhance :

• Care quality and outcomes
• Provider and patient experience
• Value-based care initiatives
• Team engagement and retention

This role includes a mix of leadership and clinical responsibilities (minimum 0.8 FTE clinical) , ideal for a physician looking to grow as a leader while continuing to provider direct patient care.
