Executive Assistant

The Revenue organization at CoreWeave is responsible for driving growth, supporting customer-facing operations, and enabling cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and related teams. You will partner closely with the Senior Executive Assistant to the Chief Revenue Officer / SVP, Revenue, and the broader EA team to support key leadership and revenue activities.

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to multiple executives within the Revenue team, managing complex schedules, coordinating travel, and driving critical deliverables. This role operates in a fast-paced environment that requires sharp prioritization, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to work seamlessly with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders. You'll support revenue team operations, events, and cross-functional initiatives while ensuring smooth, efficient day-to-day execution. This role requires both onsite presence (35 days per week) and occasional travel to other CoreWeave offices as needed.

Who You Are :

  • 35+ years of experience providing executive-level support to VP and / or C-suite leaders.
  • Strong project management capabilities with a track record of managing multiple concurrent priorities.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Google Calendar, Slack, and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience planning and executing events for 100+ attendees.
  • Proven ability to manage logistics, scheduling, and complex multitime-zone coordination.
  • Demonstrated experience preparing and editing documents and presentations.
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating across multiple teams and time zones.
  • Ability to work onsite 35 days per week and travel to other CoreWeave locations as needed.

Preferred :

  • Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously.
  • Experience working within a high-growth or highly collaborative environment.
  • Background supporting revenue, sales, or go-to-market organizations.

    The base salary range for this role is $75,000 to $110,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

  • While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets.
