Title : Quality Control Manager - Beverage / Food Manufacturing

Location : Fort Worth, TX - ON-SITE -

Salary : $90k-$110k - Depending on Experience

Requirements : Quality, Management, Carbonated Beverage, SOP implementation, Training, Sanitation, CIP experience, Regulatory Audits

We are a leading beverage co-packer for top beverage brands. This role is in our Fort Worth, TX location. We are incredibly proud of the strong team we have built with over 1,000 hard-working team members. Ownership continues to provide new equipment & expansive operations to all locations around the U.S. Our leadership has given ample opportunities across all locations in a variety of roles and departments including production, blending, ingredients, quality, maintenance and warehousing.

What You Will Be Doing

You will supervise all Quality Technicians, Blending Leads and processes. Participate in Quality Audits. Monitor the HACCP implementation and standards. You'll also enforce GMP's and QMS to ensure all standards are kept at highest level of quality and are up to par for our customer specifications. Reports to the Quality Director.

What You Need for this Position

• 3+ Years in a relatable Quality Management / Supervisor role
• Lab Supervision experience is important to the role
• Bachelor's in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or similar preferred
• Beverage manufacturing experience, highly desired
• Familiar with, QMS, CIP, sanitation process
• Beverage mixing / blending experience, kitting process is highly desired
• Ability to lead, train, and mentor associates and technicians
• Comfortable with high-production demand and scheduling, ingredient inventory / control
• Ability to create and implement SOP's
• HACCP and Food Defense / Food Safety experience preferred
