Qualifications to become a Care Partner :

Being open to receive and give care

Motivated to further your education

Current CHHA license listed in good standing with the board

2 forms of ID; your choices of : Passport, Social Security card, Work Visa, Driver’s License and proof of Auto Insurance

Updated  (within past year) TB

Pass employer paid criminal background and drug screening
