Your Impact

Our progressive Wellness Clinic is seeking a Full-Time Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner with a passion for health, wellness, and longevity. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical and leadership skills, experience in hormone management , and the ability to help grow our practices while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and provide primary care services, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care

Perform Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) and related procedures

Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare providers

Educate patients and families on disease prevention, healthy lifestyles, and medication use

Order and interpret labs, including bloodwork and other diagnostics

Document all patient care in Electronic Medical Records (EMRs)

Collaborate with the Medical Director and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care

Stay current on best practices, clinical guidelines, and advancements in functional medicine

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of clinical excellence

What To Expect

In this role, you will :

Evaluate, diagnose, and recommend personalized treatment protocols

Order and interpret diagnostic tests to guide treatment

Recommend tailored wellness and longevity strategies

Maintain accurate patient records and support efficient workflows

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes

Engage in ongoing research and professional development within the field of functional medicine

Qualifications

Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and certification as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)

Valid state license to practice as an NP

3+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner

3+ years of experience in functional medicine preferred

Strong clinical and diagnostic skills, with prior experience in hormone therapy

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment

Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
