We are looking to hire a Sales Development Representative to join our team!

This position will be responsible for carrying out effective selling, prospecting, and qualification of potential clients to generate sales-ready leads and opportunities for our sales organization.

Effectively use calling and email marketing campaigns to introduce potential customers to our solutions.

Research accounts and contacts prior to initial outreach to understand the needs of potential customers and educate them on company product and service Become a credible resource and develop trusted relationships with potential clients Develop a strong understanding of our products / services and effectively communicate their benefits to prospects.

Work closely with Sales and Marketing to successfully identify, uncover, and qualify leads for the sales organization Responsible for managing leads through a defined process and tracking activities through internal sales tools Log all lead activity and customer interactions into the company system and ensure data accuracy.

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly metrics and goals Qualification and requirements :

  • Have an interest in sales and for acquiring customer-facing skills.
  • Driven, results-oriented, and loves working with others to solve problems.
  • Highly organized and able to adapt to changing priorities and processes Resilient in the face of objections and rejection Knowledge in applications such as Zoom, proficiency in Google Worksuite, Calendly and Dialer Apps (e.g.
