Summary :

Join a dynamic Flex Team serving both Family Birthing Centers at two top-tier medical centers in Fort Wayne. This position offers competitive compensation, professional growth opportunities, and a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus.

Flex Team members receive a $5.00 / hour premium.

Requirements :

Minimum 2 years of RN experience in Obstetrics (OB) required

Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a Diploma, ASN, or BSN

Valid Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) license required - will consider a pending or temporary license.

CPR certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required

Must be able to lift 50 pounds and assist with 100 pounds

Strong verbal and written communication skills required

Additional certifications may be required depending on assigned department
