Business Support (FIS Systematics) Location - Mount Laurel, NJ; New York, NY. Secondary preference : (subject to internal approvals) : Charlotte, NC; Fort Lauderdale, FL Duration : Long term Contract Top Must Have Skill sets : FIS Systematics experience required - 4 - 10 yrs experience BSA exp Target : service companies or Fidelity Preferred Qualifications :

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as Business Systems Analyst on FIS (Fidelity Information Services) / Systematics applications
• Experience with 2 or more of the following FIS (Fidelity Information Services) / Systematics applications : RM, IM, ST, FM o Other (optional) application experience : HX / TX / IT / GN / SC / MA o In-depth, hands on experience from a Technology perspective, not business use
• Systematics key program function & logic aligned to functional application experience
• Business & System requirement writing skills with proven experience
• Testing o Experience with functional manual testing o Experience reviewing technical or unit testing
• Familiarity with application balancing and GL reconciliation
• Experience working with both waterfall and agile methodology
• Experience creating user process documentation
• Knowledge / experience with the following technical skills preferred : o TSO / ISPF o CAVIEW o PDS & Application Datasets : Ability to read, copy, create o SDSF options (Understanding and functionality) o COBOL basic understanding o Endevor element browse
• Experience using File-aid o Understanding of basic file reading o Ability to map a copybook to a file o Ability to select records based on [positional selection criteria
• Software skills required : Excel, Visio, Teams, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, Monarch
• Knowledge of Systematics key program functions & logic aligned to functional application experience o Experience writing / executing Easytrieve programs to include : Report lists, Report Summary, Create Delimited Datasets (Optional), Keyed reads (Optional)
• Terminal Emulator Macros o Ability to create / work with mainframe macros for screen scraping and data entry
• Communications skills o Experience leading business & technical meetings o Ability to communicate to both technical and business audience o Experience turning data into useful meeting documents
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team to achieve the desired result
• Experience working in cross-functional matrix teams
• Proven history working as part of a remote team including remote deployments
• Proven track record of working and delivering with high performance teams
