About the Role
A luxury hotel located on a premier waterfront property is seeking professional Overnight Security Officers to join its guest-focused protection team. This role is dedicated exclusively to the hotel and requires strong customer service skills and the physical stamina to patrol an expansive property throughout the night.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct continuous walking patrols throughout interior and exterior hotel areas
- Maintain a professional, high-visibility presence to support guest safety
- Monitor entrances, hallways, guest floors, and restricted-access zones
- Utilize security software to complete patrol tours, timekeeping, and incident reporting
- Respond swiftly to safety concerns, guest requests, alarms, and emergencies
- Support hotel management and uphold the property’s luxury service standards
- Document all incidents accurately and thoroughly
