Job Description

A Project Manager / Contracts Manager / Construction Manager will be required to join a leading mechanical contractor growing its commercial HVAC and plumbing division.

The Project Manager / Contracts Manager / Construction Manager will play a vital role in delivering projects ensuring they are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.

An Ideal Project Manager / Contracts Manager / Construction Manager will have at least 46 years of commercial mechanical and HVAC project management experience.

Package & Location :

  • $80000 $130000 base salary
  • Paid time off : Vacation Holidays Sick Leave
  • Company vehicle or vehicle reimbursement
  • Based in Fort Worth TX

Project Manager / Contracts Manager / Construction Manager Responsibilities :

  • Review project plans specifications and permits to ensure compliance and readiness
  • Manage and distribute contract documents to field managers subcontractors and vendors
  • Coordinate with general contractors subcontractors vendors and field staff
  • Monitor and manage job costs budgets and overall project financial performance

    • Project Manager / Contracts Manager / Construction Manager Requirements :

  • 25 years of commercial mechanical and plumbing project management experience
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems in commercial construction
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word PowerPoint Excel)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual (Spanish) a plus
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills under tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated leadership problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to regularly visit job sites and work safely in active construction environments
