Program Manager

Wilmington Treatment Center is currently hiring for a Program Manager for its inpatient programs. This person will be responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the activities of the facility's therapeutic programs. They are also responsible for developing and maintaining administrative and clinical operations that provide the highest quality care and best possible outcomes for the patients.

Essential Job Functions :

• Contribute to the planning and implementation of program goals, objectives, personnel, resources and equipment.
• Implement the approved program plan objectives, timetables, expected outcome and measures for assigned areas of responsibility
• Responsible for staff recruitment, performance management, performance evaluation, and scheduling
• Organize, manage and coordinate all operational and administrative processes relative to area of responsibility
• Support, teach and act as a program resource for other staff members.
• Monitor staff schedules to ensure that appropriate staffing levels are available to facilitate care in a timely manner.
