About the Role

The Company is seeking a Banker Team Leader with a focus on the SAFE Act to manage a team of senior Banker UHNW and HNW professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing the existing client business and developing an acquisition strategy for UHNW and HNW target names. This role requires a deep understanding of the market, a proven track record in business growth, and the ability to lead a high-quality team. The Banker Team Leader will also be accountable for driving and meeting the team's revenue goals, coaching and guiding team members, and ensuring the team is aligned with the strategic direction of the business.

Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in private banking, with a strong background in the UHNW market, and a demonstrated ability in relationship selling. The role demands an in-depth knowledge of the industry, direct competitors, and the company's internal policies and product systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be adept at both internal and external negotiations, and be able to influence a wide range of audiences. Responsibilities also include serving as a trusted advisor to clients, managing client expectations, and ensuring the team is in compliance with regulatory requirements. The Banker Team Leader will be expected to build and maintain long-term client relationships, anticipate client needs, and develop tailored financial strategies to help clients achieve their wealth management goals.
