They're seeking a driven and self-motivated, bilingual (English / Spanish speaking) Property and Casualty Insurance Agent to join their team.

In this role, you'll advise clients on their personal and commercial insurance needs, provide quotes, and close new business.

Leads will be provided as well as training (training locally as well as with University of Farmers)

Responsibilities

• Sell Property & Casualty insurance policies to individuals and small businesses
• Make outbound calls on provided leads
• Take inbound calls as needed
• Follow up on agency provided leads via proprietary phone system
• Assess client needs and provide tailored coverage recommendations
• Quote and bind policies from multiple carriers using comparative rater tools and CRM systems
• Maintain compliance with state insurance regulations and company procedures
• Foster long-term client relationships through proactive communication
• Document all client interactions in CRM
