job_description.job_card.job_descriptionCompetitive Wages and Benefit Package Flexible Schedule Paid Time Off Overtime Pay Assessment and Evaluation : Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions, medical histories, and functional abilities to determine individualized treatment plans. Treatment Planning : Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that include therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve patients' physical function. Patient Education : Educate patients and their families on treatment goals, exercises, and home care techniques to promote recovery and prevent further injury. Monitoring Progress : Regularly evaluate patients' progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and set new goals for rehabilitation. Collaboration : Work closely with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care. Documentation : Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and billing information, in compliance with regulatory standards. Equipment and Resource Management : Utilize and maintain therapy equipment effectively, and recommend necessary equipment upgrades or modifications. Safety : Ensure a safe and clean treatment environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols. Continuing Education : Stay current with developments in physical therapy by attending workshops, conferences, and pursuing additional certifications as necessary. Licensed Physical Therapist in the California. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practice in physical therapy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Empathy and patience when working with patients. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Proficiency in using therapy equipment and software for documentation.
