This comprehensive healthcare system operates multiple facilities providing acute care services across the region. The organization features a robust float pool system with dedicated leadership support including 7 assistant managers with 24 / 7 on-call coverage. The facilities offer various specialty services including emergency departments, intensive care units, medical-surgical units, telemetry, labor and delivery, postpartum, and NICU services. The system maintains modern equipment and Epic EMR technology while providing strong leadership support with regular rounding and communication with traveling staff.
