Controller

A company is looking for a Controller to lead its accounting and finance functions. Key Responsibilities : Prepare timely and accurate financial reports for internal review and investor presentation Manage accounts payable, expenses, vendor relationships, and internal controls Oversee all accounting and finance-related activities at portfolio companies Required Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance 5+ years of experience in accounting Strong understanding of GAAP, with experience in transitioning from cash-based to accrual-based accounting Proven success in developing and delivering accounting processes and procedures Team-oriented with a hands-on approach and self-directed mindset
