The Senior Product Manager for Product Operations drives organizational excellence across our digital product squads by optimizing processes, pursuing data-driven decision making, and enabling effective cross-functional engagements. They are experts in product operations methodology and own the execution of measurement frameworks, quality systems, and analytics adoption to enhance the predictability and performance of our digital product team.

Enable data-driven product decisions across the organization by implementing consistent measurement frameworks and processes
Partner with scrum masters to establish and maintain a consistent process of delivery measurement to facilitate predictable operations while maintaining high-quality customer experiences
Own tracking and escalation processes for foundational site and app health metrics, regularly reviewing opportunities with product managers and stakeholders
Lead cross-squad process optimization, standardization, and knowledge-sharing initiatives, identifying opportunities to reduce friction and accelerate time-to-market while maintaining quality standards
Drive adoption and enablement of analytics tools across all squads, creating training programs, governance frameworks, and best practice documentation
Facilitate post-launch performance reviews and learning sessions, ensuring insights and optimizations from one squad benefit the broader product organization and business as a whole
Build cross-functional relationships with Engineering, QA, UX Research & Design, and business stakeholders to establish organizational alignment on product operations standards
Establish product health monitoring systems and warning indicators to identify quality risks in our website and mobile apps
Champion product operations best practices through industry research and process innovation, driving continuous improvement in product team effectiveness

Required Education and / or Experience :
Bachelor's Degree in business or computer related field from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 4 - 6 years’ previous experience overseeing the development, implementation, and performance of digital products required.
Demonstrated success in a startup or change-management environment. Background in project or product management, including the use and optimization of product management tools such as Jira (or related project tracking applications). Demonstrated success managing project budgets, timelines and resources. Experience working within an Agile development environment.
Required Computer and / or Technical Skills :
Should have fluent knowledge and abilities with G Suite toolset or Microsoft equivalents. Strong appreciation for Cloud based (and SaaS) applications. Business level understanding of Web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and XML, SOAP / REST / WEB services. Previous work in QA & UAT of digital applications.
